CHAI BLACK TEA
To make a classic South Asian chai masala brewed with milk (about 4 servings):
- 4-5 tsp Chai Black Tea
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp. honey
- Put the water and the tea in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 4 minutes.
- Stir in milk and honey, and as soon as it's heated through, turn off heat.
- Strain out tea leaves through a sieve. Serve hot or pour over ice.
