FAT BURNER (non-caffeinated)
This caffeine-free, traditional ayurvedic recipe is a wonderful combination of bold and potent flavors. With a coriander, cumin and fennel base - blended with just the right amounts of star anise, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger root and black pepper - giving this an effective kick start to any health, detox, or daily cleanse regimen. This best selling blend is known to help restore balance, reduce sugar and starch cravings, and help lower inflammation symptoms. Very nice aroma, makes a great hot tea, but may we suggest adding a little orange peel while steeping and pouring over ice for a refreshing iced tea?
INGREDIENTS: Cumin, coriander and fennel base. Cardamom pods, star anise, cinnamon, ginger root, and black pepper.
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:Â Steep 1 to 2 tablespoons per 10 to 12 oz. of percolated water for 5 minutes.Â
less minutes for lighter tea add more minutes for stronger tea.
Serve hot or pour over a full cup of ice to make a great iced tea!
Honey or Agave optional.
